Ian moved to Jurien Bay in 1998 from Perth where he had been working in the Real Estate industry, to take on the role as the Manager/Licensee of the first real estate office  established in Jurien Bay, Jenny Bryant Realty. In 2001, Ian and Jewll commenced their own business, Jurien Bayview Realty and joined the Professionals marketing group in 2004 until 2016. In 2021 they have re-joined the Professionals group and look forward to the ever expanding business. Ian is the Principal/Licensee and a Property Consultant servicing Jurien Bay, Moora, Green Head, Leeman, Eneabba, Coorow, Cervantes, Badgingarra, Dandaragan, Coomberdale and Watheroo. Professionals Jurien Bayview Realty had been the appointed LandCorp/DevelopmentWA agent for the Midwest and wheatbelt region for many years and were instramental in the advising of land requirments and conducting new land releases. They were also involved in the release of 5 private land releases in Jurien Bay.
