About Tim
Tim got hooked on selling real estate as a young 23 year old selling farms and then moving to Adelaide where he established Edwards Real Estate with two brothers in the Adelaide Hills.Striking out on his own in the early '90s which saw a diversification of business which included Brokerage of Water Allocations saw some of the first water transfers into the Clare Valley. He was also involved in several Schemes using Community Titling to generate some of the State's largest vineyard plantings.
At this point he decided on a change of career and utilising his knowledge in property and became a Lending Manager with a local bank. From there it was only natural that he went on to create his own finance broking business which he operated until 2012. This knowledge of how financing operates still works well for Tim today.
Tim has sold homes to the children of people he had sold a home to many years prior, he loves the continuation and the connection.
Tim re-entered the real estate market place in 2007 and then in 2015 grasped the opportunity to return to Clare and be closer to his family. Married to Michelle, between them they have four children and their partners as well as being "Grumpy" to five beautiful grandchildren.
Now also watching the third generation being his son Tristan who is now also selling property in Adelaide further strengthening the ties between city and country.
When he is away from work Tim loves to tinker in his shed with woodwork projects and also loves spending time up on the river.
