Office of the week profile – Professionals Armadale

Welcome everyone! This week I have the pleasure of talking to you about our lovely team at Armadale Real Estate. Located only 30 minutes south east of the CBD, the city of Armadale is a growing regional centre in the heart of a bustling urban community that offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of modern day living. Boasting a rejuvenated city centre nestled amongst scenic parks, undulating hills and picturesque valleys; the City takes pride in its cultural heritage and unique community feel. I couldn’t think of a better setting for one of the most established offices in our membership with them having 51 years of continual service under their belt this means they would have sold around 95% of the properties in the Armadale area at one time or another.
Armadale Real Estate absolutely love helping people with some of the most important decisions of their lives in buying or selling their family home as they find it incredibly rewarding when their clients walk away feeling extremely happy with the service they have been provided. They also give back to the community by sponsoring a number of sporting clubs such as the local lawn bowls, cricket and football clubs and when the Kelmscott fires occurred in 2011 they managed to raise $6000 for the local volunteer bushfire brigade to upgrade the communications centre which was just outstanding.
When asked what they love about being a part of the Professionals brand they simply said they found the level of open communication with other members of the group extremely helpful and the fact that they can call on just about any other Business Owner with a problem or a request shows just how valued they are within the Professionals group. With Cameron & Grant Wilson being second generation business owners they found their transition to business ownership much smoother with the support of the extended Professionals family.
To round things up I had the chance to ask Professionals Armadale what their plans are for the next 5 years.  They aim to expand their business through increasing their property management portfolio and also to renovate or relocate to larger premises to accommodate an expanding team.
