Professionals is continuing to expand its presence in Sydney’s northwest with one of Bella Vista’s leading agencies, led by long-time local agent Steven Chung, joining its ranks.
It becomes the third major Professionals office in this growing part of Sydney, joining those in Rouse Hill and Riverstone.
Mr Chung said he decided the time was right to transition from another franchise group to Professionals.
“After 11 years as principal of an established franchise in the suburb, I decided I needed to change,’’ he said.
“I had been considering going independent for several years because I wasn’t receiving the level of service that was commensurate with the fees I was paying.
“I also had all the major brands knocking on my door, but I didn’t really connect with any of them until Professionals came on my radar.
“Professionals is a consistent brand, and I knew it was the right choice for my business.”
Professionals Chief Executive Officer Katherine Gonzalez-Cork extended a warm welcome to Mr Chung and his Bella Vista team.
“We are thrilled that another Professionals office has opened in Sydney’s growing northwest,’’ she said.
“When established agencies join our expanding network, it reinforces just how effective our support model really is.
“Unlike most franchisee models, we reinvest the profits of our group back into our offices and we match, and often exceed, in the delivery of management, marketing and professional services. It makes us truly unique.”
Mr Chung launched his real estate career 17 years ago with the goal of providing a high level of service to clients that he thought was lacking in the industry.
“Within my first 12 months I became the best performer in the agency at Kellyville,’’ he said.
Professionals Bella Vista has an established team of four salespeople and three property managers who look after more than 400 managements.
Mr Chung said part of his business success has been a genuine love for the local community.
“I absolutely love real estate especially in this area because the people are lovely,’’ he said. “It also has a strong market with our average listing price between $2 million and $4 million, and with the new Sydney Metro Northwest rail line now operating there are great things to come.”
“I’m excited for the future and to meet the rest of the Professionals network and get my team back into regular training.”
