PROFESSIONALS VICTORIA WEBJET COMPETITION

1. PROMOTER
   1. The promoter is Professionals Group Australia Ltd, ABN: 55 624 414 437, of Suite 9, 63 Annerley Road, Woolloongabba, QLD, 4102.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
   1. Entries for the competition open at 9:00 am AEDT on Tuesday 1st October 2024 and close at 5:00 pm AEDT on Saturday 30th November 2024.

3. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
   1. Entrants to the competition must:
      • Be 18 years of age or older
      • Be a resident of Victoria
      • Complete an online request for a property appraisal via https://sale-appraisal.professionals.com.au/vic-webjet-promo/ during the promotional period
      • Attend and complete a sales or rental appraisal with a Professionals agent during the promotional period
      • Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter and associated agencies and companies, contractors or individuals are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
   2. The eligibility criteria must be met within the promotional period. All entrants will then go into the draw to win the prize(s).

4. HOW TO ENTER
   1. Entrants must meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 3.1.
   2. Upon receiving the appraisal, each participating Professionals office in Victoria will store the entrants details in the CRM.
   3. There will be twenty-four (24) winners chosen from a pool of entrants from each participating office. Each winner will be selected, at random.
   4. The draws will take place on Friday 13th December 2024 at 12:00 pm AEDT at Professionals Real Estate 9/63 Annerley Road, Woolloongabba, QLD, 4102.
   5. The winners will be notified by phone and email on Monday 16th December. The prize(s) will be supplied via email to the specific winner.
   6. The promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter will not enter into correspondence with the winner(s) regarding the result

5. ENTRIES PERMITTED
   1. Only one entry is permitted per property address.

6. PRIZE(S) DETAILS
   1. Twenty-four (24) Webjet eGift Cards, each with a value of $1,000 for a total prize value of $24,000. The gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issue. The date of issue will be the draw date. The gift card can be redeemed online at webjet.com.au
   2. Total prize pool is up to $10,000

7. THE WINNERS
   1. The winners of the competition will have their first initial, surname and suburb published on the Professionals website at professionals.com.au at the time of the draw. The details will remain there for four (4) weeks after the draw date.
   2. Each participating office may promote the name and photo of the winners on their office websites and/or Social Media pages
   3. In the event that the prize is not claimed by any of the winners drawn on the draw date, a second draw will take place on Friday 13^th December at 5:00 pm AEDT. The winners of the second draw will then be notified via phone and email and published as the winners as according to 4.6 and 7.1.

8. NO LIABILITY
   1. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it at a later date under these same conditions
