Professionals set gold standard of service.
The Professionals network leads the field for customer service in Australia’s real estate industry, according to the highly coveted Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards. The awards, which provide a snapshot of outstanding customer service across a range of key business sectors, have named Professionals as the 2020 Gold Winner for real estate.
David Crombie, the CEO of Professionals, described the win as testament to the calibre and dedication of the people within the agency’s network. “The results reflect the network’s commitment to exceptional customer service and we’re proud of the work being done by individual offices every day in leading us to this award honour,” he said.“It also puts a spotlight on our unparalleled dedication to training that provides our network members with the skills and knowledge to ensure they deliver industry-best service.”
The awards are based on a survey of about 2000 Australians to find the most valued brands among 40 separate business categories. Respondents are asked to rank their experience of personalised service, the ease of dealing with staff and whether the business met or exceeded their expectations.
“It is particularly pleasing to have won this award because it’s been achieved despite the rapid growth of our network in recent years,” said Mr Crombie. “The integrity of our business model has kept pace with this fast-changing industry and we have been able to attract some of the best real estate professionals to join our network. “Under the network model, we offer all the benefits of a national group while leveraging off the unique capabilities and independent thinking to be found in each of our offices.”
Professionals was established in 1976 by six independent real estate agents who forged ahead with a better way to work together. The Group, which now comprises 225 offices across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea, employs a network model that keeps costs low and promotes local independence among agency principals.
The fast-growing Professionals network is now among Australia’s top ten real estate groups.
