Professionals is set to double its presence in one of Queensland’s most sought-after real estate markets.
Professionals Mount Tamborine will merge with Serendipity Real Estate to form Professionals Serendipity. The new business will service Mount Tamborine and Tamborine Village.
Co-principal and president of the Mount Tamborine Chamber of Commerce Alison Rip said the merger was an excellent fit for both agencies.
“Between the two agencies we have 18 years’ experience servicing the real estate needs of both communities,” she said.
Ms Rip said the communities were attracting families looking to move away from then hustle and bustle of larger communities.
“The schools in the area have a very strong reputation which is another plus for families.
“We are also seeing a lot of people looking for a tree-change community that they can still commute to Brisbane or the Gold Coast from.”
Professionals CEO David Crombie said the move showed the attraction of the Professionals brand.
“Mount Tamborine has been tipped by many real estate experts as a community that will benefit hugely from an expected upswing in property values in south east Queensland,” he said.
