“Our research shows homeowners strongly value the advice and guidance of an experienced agent on all property matters,” he said.

Mr Crombie said several online-based options had entered the market in recent years, but many of them failed to really understand the mindset of most Australian homeowners.
“A lot of their focus is around disrupting traditional fee structures and in minimising the role of the agent – and they typically offer a lower level of service, too,” he said.
“We’re confident a vast majority of homeowners still prefer to place their trust in an experienced agent who knows their local area, knows the value of their home, knows how to market it and knows how to maximise client return.”

The “Leave it to Us” campaign, created by Perth’s Media 365, comprises television commercials, digital, social, print advertisements, and marketing collateral that refreshes and reinforces the brand’s history and values with its core commitment to clients.
“One of the key messages is that a trusted relationship allows the homeowner to distance themselves from the emotional bumps in either selling or renting their property,” Mr Crombie said.
