Passionate Sydney-Based Property Specialist Jay Yazbek Opens the Doors of His Real Estate Agency

Mr Yazbek has fulfilled his dream of starting his own real estate agency, Professionals Yaz Realty, in the fast-growing south-western Sydney suburb of Gregory Hills, after 14 years as a licensed real estate professional, and 19 years as a finance broker.

“I am exceptionally passionate about property and about helping people to achieve their property dreams,’’ he said. “I am very fortunate that I have been able to help a large number of people in my time and I have established a long list of contacts in the community.”

Professionals Yaz Realty has established its office a commercial building at 59 Rodeo Road, Gregory Hills.

Mr Yazbek said he was excited about the opening and helping people to achieve their property goals in the area.

“It’s a very interesting market because the Gregory Hills community is mostly less than five years old,’’ he said. “It is still a very young area, and the market is mainly made up of smaller homes, with very few apartments available in the area. The price range for properties is in the range of $850,000 to $1.1 million.

The market, like the rest of New South Wales, is very active now and most properties, if they are priced correctly, are only remaining on the market for two or three weeks.”

“The buyers vary quite a bit with investors representing about 20 per cent of the market.”

Mr Yazbek said he had been interested in Professionals Australia Group’s business model for a long time.

“I initially enquired about joining the group about five or six years ago and then again about two to three years ago,’’ he said. “Their offer provides exactly what a real estate agency needs, a strong brand, reasonable fees and any profits are reinvested back into the business rather than going into somebody’s pocket.”
