Professionals Real Estate 
After working together for the past eight years, two seasoned real estate agents have moved to open their own agency under the Professionals banner at Cabramatta in Sydney’s west.
Kelvin Ngo and David Lam are co-principals of the new Professionals Cabramatta office which will open on a prime site at 96 Broomfield Street later this month.
Between them they have more than 40 years’ experience in real estate, spending most of their career in the local area.
“Over the past eight years David and I have developed a strong working relationship that we believe will service our clients well,” said Mr Ngo.
“The timing couldn’t be better for us to establish our own office. We have a great deal of experience under our belts and that places us in a good position to take advantage of a highly active property market.
“There’s a lot of confidence in the area and we’re looking forward to providing a new level of service with the backing of the Professionals team to meet the needs of our clients.”
Mr Ngo said the partners chose the rapidly growing Professionals network to establish their new office because of the consistently high Google rating from clients around Australia.
“We are in business for the client. That’s at the heart of what we do, so the Professionals team is the perfect fit for us,” he said.
Professionals Cabramatta plans to initially service the Cabramatta area, including Cabramatta West, Canley Heights, Carramar and Lansvale, with a team of three in property sales and management. More staff are expected to be added in the near future.
“After so many years working in Cabramatta, it’s a market that we both know very well,” said Mr Lam who has been a local agent for more than three decades.
“With the support of the Professionals network we’re looking forward to bringing together our combined talents to help our clients to make the most of the most dynamic market we have seen in some time.”
