After 46 years servicing the St George district of inner Sydney as an independent agency, Sanders Property Group is joining Professionals Real Estate, Australia’s fastest-growing real estate network.
The agency, headed by principals George Antipas and Anastasia Antipas, has rebranded as Professionals Sanders Group in a move that will position the team for a new era led by an energetic new generation of the Antipas family.
Chris Antipas, the group’s Head of Sales, will take a leadership role in the rebranded office located in a high-profile position in Penshurst.
“I’ll still be working alongside the team, but now it’s time for a changing of the guard to take the business to a new level,” said George.
Chris Antipas has been working with his father at Sanders Property Group for the past eight years, helping drive the property sales and management divisions. Chris has increasingly taken a hands-on role with the business, alongside his sister Olga-Marie.
“Our local market is quite dynamic and while that can bring up a lot of challenges, it also offers a great deal of opportunity,” said Chris.
“Joining the Professionals will give us an elevated profile that will enhance the position of our group in a highly competitive market.”

Sanders Group has largely focused on the apartment and villa market in recent years in line with the dominance of these products in the Penshurst market.
Under the Professionals banner, Chris said the Sanders Group will be stepping into property auctions and taking advantage of emerging opportunities in securing a broad range of new listings, especially in detached homes.
“We’re looking at a number of options that we believe will help position Professionals Sanders Group as the go-to agency for buyers and sellers in our area,” said Chris.
“After so many years, our property management business is quite mature, and that connects us directly with a market that is increasingly exploring property ownership.”
Professionals Sanders Group has a team of seven in property sales and management located in a high-profile corner site at 33 Penshurst Street in Penshurst.
The Antipas family have a depth of experience in the development industry, extensive community connections and a sophisticated knowledge of the local market developed over many decades in business.
Professionals Sanders Group officially opened on April 15.
