The team at Professionals Balga has expanded into Perth’s northern suburb of Kingsley amid signs of a rise in buyer activity.
Principal Justin Wright, who has been operating under the Professionals banner at Balga for the past three years, has acquired a boutique agency in Kingsley with plans to capitalise on the area’s improving property market.
“The opportunities in Kingsley are significant because the suburb is especially popular with families and owner occupiers,” said Mr Wright.
“The Balga property market by comparison has quite a large investor base, so we’re now looking forward to servicing a bigger and more diverse slice of the local market.”
Professionals Kingsley, trading as Professionals The Wright Team Kingsley, is located at 1/56 Creaney Drive in Kingsley.
The Wright team is a family-run organisation and has increased its staff to eleven to cater for the expanded operation.
Mr Wright said he was encouraged to invest in Kingsley amid early signs of a recovery in the northern Perth market.
“Sales are improving and we’ve seen a definite increase in sales activity in recent months,” he said.
“There has been a lot of value buying supporting the market at the moment, which is aligning with various research that shows the Perth property market could be headed for gains in 2020.”
The Professionals Group is among Australia’s top real estate groups and operates under a member-based model that sees fees go back into services for the offices.
Mr Wright said the decision to expand within the network follows the success of his Professionals Balga office over the past three years.
“As a network, the Professionals Group has given us the support to grow our business, allowing us to provide the level of service our clients would expect from a national network,” said Mr Wright.
