Professionals Real Estate Group has strengthened its regional network with the appointment of a new agency at Batemans Bay on the NSW south coast.
The move marks a return of the Professionals brand, one of Australia’s top 10 real estate groups, to the coastal town after an absence of many years.
Batemans Bay is recognised as a key growth market that continues to attract a large cohort of sea-change property buyers from Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra.
Agency principal Jenni Whittaker has been operating under the Red Door banner since opening her agency late last year.
“We’ve made some good progress but we jumped at the chance to join the Professionals network because it is such a recognisable brand,” Mrs Whittaker said.
“With the support the Professionals team has given me so far, I know I’ve made the right decision,” she said.
“The ongoing mentorship from the support team and one of Australia’s biggest names in real estate has given us the legs to continue growing our business.
“I’ve really been picking their brains a lot and that’s the beauty of being part of a supportive network. The business has really started to kick off.”
Professionals Batemans Bay, located at 12/9-11 Orient Street, has expanded to a staff of four following two new enlistments since Mrs Whittaker joined the network.
Mrs Whittaker, a Batemans Bay local for the past decade, became a licenced real estate agent two years ago.
However, she has been involved in the real estate industry for many years, focused largely on project managing renovations in her own property portfolio with her husband Adam, a licensed builder.
Professionals CEO David Crombie has welcomed the Batemans Bay agency to the network.
“Jenni may be relatively new to the real estate industry but she is a real livewire and a great addition to the Professionals team,” he said.
“Batemans Bay is a growing market but also highly competitive, and we have been very encouraged by the new agency’s performance so far.”
Professionals Real Estate Group continues to grow its agency network, aided by its unique membership model.
