After 32 years in business, two members of an Upper Hunter Valley pioneering family have established a property and livestock agency in conjunction with the Professionals Real Estate Group in Scone.
Husband and wife team David and Trish Carter have opened the doors of their Professionals Crown Property & Livestock agency and have hit the ground running. David Is both a Licensed Stock & Station Agent and Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Not only have this dream team joined forces with Professionals, David and Trish also own and operate a livestock business, breeding cattle and Australian Stock Horses which will work in conjunction with their real estate business.
David’s family have lived In the Upper Hunter since 1849 and the couple have extensive interests in agriculture and financial services. Parents of five children and nine grandchildren, the Carters are well known in the Scone area.
David and Trish are very excited about establishing their Professionals Crown Property & Livestock office to meet the needs of local families, because it wasn’t a far stretch from their involvement in the property industry in a personal capacity and additionally through their rural businesses.
To David and Trish, it makes logical sense to expand their business interests into real estate and their first-hand knowledge and experience coupled with the support of the Professionals network will undoubtedly provide them with the extra 1% in delivering the best possible sales results for their real estate clients.
The focus for the business will be on rural and lifestyle properties, which despite the Upper Hunter suffering because of the drought, there is still solid enquiry from potential buyers.
