This week I am proud to bring to you our wonderful team at Drakesbrook Realty, Waroona. Located about 108 kilometres from Perth, Waroona is surrounded by the major regional towns of Mandurah and Bunbury and is also close to wineries of the South West region. It can be reached by road from Perth via Mandurah or Armadale and is a comfortable 1.5 hour drive from Perth’s City Centre. In Waroona you will find pristine beaches, unspoiled lakes of the coastal plains, fertile farmlands and peaceful Jarrah Forests. The township of Waroona also has many recreational activities and plenty of opportunities for employment in the mining and earth moving industries.
