This week I am proud to bring to you our friendly team at Prowest Real Estate. Located approximately 13 kilometres south of Perth City, with a population of 89,879 and still growing, the City of Canning has strong sense of community, friendship and wellbeing. Willetton and its surrounding suburbs are very family orientated areas with quality affordable homes, plenty of parks and other infrastructure, as well as access to some of the best schools in the state.
It’s the lifestyle in the City of Canning that the community members love! No matter which suburb you live in, the City has an amazing range of fun activities to offer such as the Riverton Leisureplex, the High Road Hotel, Whaleback golf and tennis courses, Rossmoyne Tennis Course and the Burrendah Netball and Basketball complexes. This means that there is always something to do within the community.
Prowest Real Estate gives back to their community by supporting their local school and church activities, and also sponsoring charities both in Australia and overseas and of course the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
What makes Prowest Real Estate special is its team. They each have their own story to tell, their own backgrounds to draw upon and their own set of strengths and weaknesses. The team at Prowest try to play to the strengths of the individual and have their own systems to cover their weaknesses. This means that they can provide quality service every time.
Prowest’s Principal, Paul Rayner said what he especially loves about being in the Real Estate industry is the fact that every day is different and that he is selling a product and service that adds value to his client’s lives and helps them achieve their goals. He also loves coaching his staff and seeing them get closer to achieving their “Personal” and “Professional” goals. When asked what he loves about being a part of the Professionals Brand his response was “the camaraderie” and willingness of the members to share what is often personal and sensitive information about their businesses and to share their failures as well as their success.
So where does Paul Rayner see himself in 5 years time? A few years ago he would have said retired and cruising. However today he would say still working with the team but even more as a coach and mentor. He hopes to be coaching some of his current staff at a principal/business ownership level rather than at an individual rep level. It’s an exciting and stimulating thought.
If you would like to find out more about the friendly individuals at Prowest Real Estate and what they have to offer please don’t hesitate to visit their website at www.prowest.com.au
Stay tuned for next week’s office profile of the week as I will be continuing on my endeavour to find out more about our fantastic Professionals family.
