Professionals strengthen South West presence with new Busselton office
Professionals Real Estate Group has strengthened its presence in the South West property market by opening a new office in Busselton.
As from 22 September, Fraser Real Estate will trade as Professionals Busselton at new premises located at 104 Queens Street, Busselton.
Brad Fraser who is owner of the new office and also Principal of Professionals Dunsborough, said that this expansion was part of a 12 month strategic plan.
“One year ago, Fraser Real Estate in Dunsborough joined our team to trade as Professionals Dunsborough and now Fraser Real Estate in Busselton has become part of this dynamic real estate group. Over the past two decades, Fraser Real Estate has established itself as a leading agency in the local real estate market covering an area from Dunsborough, Yallingup and Eagle Bay, all the way to Busselton. As a company we have been staunchly independent over the years and resisted overtures from many large franchise groups to join them. However, after making a major new investment in our new state-of-the-art office, we wanted to take our company to an even higher level of customer service and that is why our Dunsborough office decided to join Professionals last year – after careful deliberation. The past year has been a hugely successful period for Dunsborough and this outstanding success convinced me to open the new Busselton office,” he said. David Hobbs, CEO of Professionals Real Estate Group, said that the opening of Professionals Busselton would strengthen the dominance of the group in the growing South West property market. Fraser Real Estate is highly regarded in Busselton and Professionals is delighted that this office has now become part of our group. The new Busselton office will operate from much larger premises that will have state of the art technology and be backed by the support services Professionals provide. Professionals brand is now growing rapidly in regional Western Australia and over the coming months our group expects to open a number of new offices in regional centres of the State,” he said.
