New Professionals office in midland creates WOW factor

Professionals 5 Star Realty in Midland has launched their brand new office which sets new standards in visual presentation for the West Australian property market.
More than $150,000 has been spent on refurbishing an old motor cycle showroom into a state-of-the-art real estate office.
Melinda Frost, Licensee of Professionals 5 Star Realty, said that the office had been designed to give a very positive impression to clients and also provide a comfortable workplace for staff.
“The exterior of the building has been repainted totally white with the Professionals logos while the large glass windows can accommodate over 100 A3 sized profile pictures of properties.

“Unlike other real estate offices, we also wanted to invest our money into providing a comfortable workplace for our staff. To that end we have provided modern work stations with the latest technology,” she said.
Maria Downes, Director of Professionals 5 Star Realty added that to coincide with the launch of the new Midland office, clients who listed a property for sale with Professionals 5 Star Realty were given the opportunity to win a brand new XR6 Ford Falcon.
“The draw for this car, which included the first 50 people people to list a property with the new office, was held on Saturday 3 September and was won by Phil Milne, of Jane Brook,”
she said.
