A total commitment to providing clients with an outstanding level of service has helped Russel Canestrini of Professionals Stirling Clark in Forrestfield win the top prize of a Mazda 2 Neo at the 2009/10 annual awards evening for the Professionals Real Estate Group.
The Mazda 2 Neo, valued at $17,000, was donated by Professionals Car Club and Wanneroo Mazda. Professionals Car Club provides Professionals offices, staff and clients with access to the most competitive pricing for the purchase and servicing of cars through leading car dealerships including Wanneroo Mazda.
Russel Canestrini won the Mazda 2 Neo after being acknowledged as the “Most Valued Professional” at the Professionals annual awards. Over the last financial year, Russel sold 72 properties totalling over $32 million.
In addition to being selected as the Most Valued Professional, Russell won several other awards including being listed in Professionals Top 10 Sales Performers, Highest Number of Sales Achieved – Individual and Highest Gross Commission Earned – Individual.
Russel said that he was delighted to win the car and that it is the largest prize to date that he had won in his real estate career that spans back to 1993.
“My success is based on providing a total commitment to client service and understanding the needs of my clients. Winning the car has also been achieved through sheer hard work and building a strong reputation amongst property owners in the Forrestfield, High Wycombe and Maida Vale areas,” he said.
David Hobbs, CEO of Professionals Real Estate Group said that Russel’s efforts and success was an example for other marketing consultants employed in the real estate industry throughout Western Australia.
“Russel is a quiet achiever and he richly deserves this prize and the recognition it brings. Over the past financial year, Russel sold on average one property nearly every 5 days while many other people in the industry were struggling to achieve just one sale per month.
“Overall, the last financial year was the best on record for the group with total sales in excess of $2.14 billion. This outstanding result was achieved through the dedication and high level of customer service provided by individual staff members such as Russel Canestrini,” he said.
